QE Alumni Stuns with Superdrug Campaign

Sam Turner, who left QE in 2022, now runs a successful social media presence, creating makeup looks on his various media channels including TikTok and Instagram, where he has amassed nearly 20,000 followers!

Sam studied Law, Politics and Travel & Tourism at QE, and since he left college, has been busy pursuing his social media/makeup influencer career.  This led him to be involved in a national campaign with popular beauty store Superdrug, where he was featured on their posters across the country.  Sam went on to win Superdrug’s ‘Influencer of the Year’ award in March this year.  He has also featured on a billboard in Times Square, New York, in a video showcasing the makeup brand Morphe.  It showed Sam applying Morphe make up and was played on huge screens for everyone to see.  Fantastic publicity for Sam!

Sam continues to attend influencer events and had exciting opportunities to work with various brands after signing with a talent management agency. He says ‘The skills I learnt studying all my subjects at QE have helped me enormously to develop my social media presence, and even-though I don’t use travel in my career, I really feel it has helped me massively in terms of navigating the world’.   We wish him every success for the future.
