Ex QE Student Chris Skyes visited QE last week to tell us all about his career from QE, to Senior Producer at BBC Radio 5 Live. It was great hear all his stories and provide key advice to our students who want to get into the world of journalism or into radio.
Course Leader for Creative Media, Beccy Vickers, says ‘It was a great opportunity for our students to see how successful you can be, after your time here at QE, into the world of media production and the BBC, especially coming from Darlington. There are opportunities out there – you just have to reach for them with both hands’.
