Subjects studied at QE: English Language, English Literature, Textiles & History

Jessica pursued her passion for English Language and Literature at King’s College London, where she seized every opportunity to immerse herself in the world of media, applying for internships and shadowing experiences. Her determination paid off when she landed a role as a runner for NBC News, sparking the start of an exciting career in journalism. Her love for textiles also flourished after school, and her skills in fashion have not only led her to create her own outfits but also to cover major events like Fashion Week this year.

Reflecting on her journey, Jessica said, ” The skills that I learned at QE have been invaluable, both at university and in my career. Studying English ignited my love for writing articles and through studying Textiles I developed a love of fashion which has led to me covering fashion week this year – I can’t thank my teachers enough for that!”
