Students eagerly took part in our brand new Self Defence course, which runs as part of our exciting enrichment program at QE! Whether you’re looking to boost your confidence, improve your fitness, or learn vital safety skills, this course has it all! Under the guidance of expert instructors, students can learn powerful self-defence techniques, sharpen their reflexes, and develop the mental toughness to handle real-world situations. From practical moves to dynamic drills, this course is designed to empower students with skills that last a lifetime.
